It is ironic that Chief Matthew Olusegun Obasanjo has overnight been transformed into an activist. His recent comments in a conference on youth employment and other related comments in the past shows that something is fundamentally wrong with the Nigerian ruling class.
This position is premised by the fact that Obasanjo had a golden opportunity to put Nigeria on the right footing, with the return of Nigeria to civil rule but he blew it and today he parades himself as a saint in his usual manner. We are not ready to go into the details of his administration but one thing that we must not forget is that the Goodluck Jonathan administration is a product of Obsanjo's intervention. We patiently await Comrade Olusegun Obsanjo's mobilization congress in Otta Farm.
